Translucent Luting Cement for Non-Metal Restorations



DUO-LINK is a dual-cure luting composite with ultra-fine particles (0.7 micron) for bonded inlays, onlays and crowns of porcelain or laboratory-processed composite.

DUO-LINK's translucent universal shade becomes virtually invisible, making it suitable for use with a wide range of tooth shades

Dual-cure chemistry allows the prosthesis to be locked into place using visible light-cure which allows for immediate finishing. The subsequent self-cure reaction guarantees complete polymerization in deep or undercut areas.

Base/catalyst ratio of 1:1 allows 2.5 minutes of working time and set completely in 8.5 minutes (self-cure time). Working time can be extended by using a 2:1 catalyst to base mixture without compromising bond strengths.

Using the latest composite technology, DUO-LINK is 67% filled with specially milled glass (0.7 micron) and silica (0.04 micron). This exceptionally high glass filler content increases strength, even in very low film thicknesses. DUO-LINK is also resistant to staining and plaque accumulation.

Used with ALL-BOND 2 or ONE-STEP, a bond strength to dentin of 30Mpa is attainable. DUO-LINK is also compatible with other dual-cure bonding systems.
